T-Mobile Sign-up Page Redesign
I’m a royal customer for T-mobile since 2011. TBH, their service isn’t the best. I’m staying with it because I’m kinda lazy, LOL.
Well, does anyone find their website isn’t that interesting, although it’s functioning?
Below is my redesign for their sign-up page.
The Challenge:
A new user needs to go through multi-steps for completing the sign-up journey.
No tooltips while filling the form.
Sign-up form is placed too high from the page.
Large spacing from the page doesn’t get utilized.
Lack of engaging elements from the page for promotion any other products/business.
My solutions:
Combine multi-stepper experience into one-page.
A beautiful tooltip component been introduced into the form.
Place the sign-up form in a more proper position of the page.
Split the pages into sign-up form and advertisement section.
